Recipe: Crepe

Thanks to my Chef friend, Tan Kew Lim who provided this recipe. 


Ingredients:
100gm Sifted Flour
25gm Fine Sugar
2pcs Whole Egg
1pc Egg Yolk
250gm Milk
5gm Butter
Additional butter for pan greasing

Steps:
Combine and mix all ingredients and stir until well blend
Use a non stick flying pan and turn on low heat
Swirl butter around to coat the entire surface of oil greased frying pan -- to make a very thin layer of crepe
Remove from pan -- leave aside and keep repeating.....



This is the basic ingredients and steps to make a crepe. I have yet to try... but would love to turn it into Mille CrepeMille Crepe simply means a thousands crepes that are stacked together.  Obviously we can't stack a thousands but there would be at least a 20 layers based on personal preference.  I will post it up when I have successfully made one. ^^
