Eva S. Recipe: Tuna Cheese Sandwich 2 with photos

So, this morning we had Tuna Cheese Sandwich again to finish up the remaining bread, tuna and cucumber. As promise on the yesterday's post Tuna Cheese Sandwich I am putting up photos below.

Here are the photos, it's the same as how I did yesterday. The only different is I toasted the bread a little on both sides but yesterday was eating it fresh from breadmaker.

Slightly toast the bread with low fire on both sides, watch the timing or it will burn the bread

Spread butter on both sides and tuna mayo on one side.

Cucumbers one side, and cheese on the other... ^^

This is how it will look like when you put another side of bread on top.

Finally, I cut it into half so it's easier for hubby to handle them. :)

It is really easy to make and yummy to eat. Though we have this two days in a roll but hubby still loving it especially the cheese, tuna and cucumber do a good job in blending the whole taste together. Toasting the bread might take a little while, but I normally cut the cucumber or spread butter one the ready ones to save time. If you are afraid of taking too long you could always cut the cucumber in the night earlier and store them in the zipped freezer bag (keep it fresh in the fridge not the freezer). It does save time for me.

So, happy day and hope you will enjoy your breakfast like me and hubby do.

Cheers...
