Eva S. Recipe: Fried Sambal Macaroni - Fusion Style

I always love mixing western style and Chinese dish together.  This afternoon I tried this simple and fast dish as hubby came back for lunch.

Ingredients:-

Chicken breast meat - diced
Boiled macaroni - some left over from previous meal
Onions - sliced
Mushrooms - stir fried (prepared earlier)

Cabbage - sliced

Sambal - any type of sambal as your preference
Salt - approx. 1/4 tsp

Sugar - approx. 1/4 tsp
 Tomato sauce - one tbsp

Cooking Time...

Heat the wok, and added Olive Oil

Put in sliced Onions with low fire, stir a little

Put in diced chicken breast meat and added some hot water so it will not stick to the wok, mix a little

Added in fried mushroom and stir for awhile

Put in Cabbage and stir

Added boiled Macaroni (straight from fridge) and mixed them well

Here comes the Sambal.

I added too Salt, Sugar and Tomato Sauce too and mix them well

This is how it will look like.  Nice reddish color.

Ready to be served.

Do not be afraid that it might turn out too spicy, salty or sweet as the Macaroni will blend them well together since it has no taste.  Test the taste on the macaroni, if you try just the sauce it will not be the accurate taste.

Pretty easy and really really yummy~~~

Be courageous and give it a try!! ^^
